During our trip we realized how smooth and consumed the rear tire was. The brake was also inefficient and we felt very unsafe during the trip. A scooter in such poor conditions is a serious threat. Moreover, if stopped by the police we could have been fined for the completely smooth tire. When we told a staff member about this, he only partially recognized his fault explaining that, having signed the rent contract, we should be aware of the scooter conditions. This is true but: 1) when checking the scooter condition several things can be easily missed by the renter. This is particularly true in our case because we only quickly checked the scooter to save time. It was the second scooter as the first had a flat tire. 2) signing a contract does not justify a rent service to provide scooter in such poor conditions that a serious threat for yourself and the others. We were not even offered a partial refund for inconvenience. ITALIANO: Durante la nostra escursione abbiamo notato la scarsa aderenza del motociclo, il lungo spazio di frenata e, cosa più grave, la ruota posteriore completamente liscia. Inutile dire quanto forte fosse il senso di insicurezza alla guida. Fatto presente ad un membro dello staff, questo ha solo in parte ammesso le proprie mancanze, specificato che, in quanto firmatari di un contratto di noleggio, avremmo dovuto essere consapevoli delle condizioni del motociclo. Questo corrisponde al vero ma va tenuto conto che: 1) il check del motociclo è stato molto rapido, dato che si trattava già del secondo scooter per cui facevano il check e relativa firma del contratto (il primo ci era stato consegnato con una ruota sgonfia). 2) firmare un contratto di noleggio non giustifica una società di noleggio a consegnare motocicli in pessime condizioni di manutenzione, pericolose per la propria incolumità e quella degli altri. Inoltre lo staff, visto l'inconveniente e l'evidente colpa, non ha offerto alcun rimborso, nemmeno parziale del costo di noleggio.
